I appreciate reaching a live customer support rep when I call their office.

I am a physician in Raleigh, North Carolina, and I have been using ReLiMed EMR since July of 2012. I have been very pleased with the flexibility of the system, and the development team’s willingness to set up/alter charting templates to best fit my workflow. The ReLi Med Solutions support staff is very responsive when I call for assistance. I appreciate reaching a live customer support rep when I call their office.

Using their system, I was able to meet all of the requirements necessary to receive the Meaningful Use incentive payments.
