Renu Kasula

CEO and Co-Founder

Renu Kasula, CEO and Co-Founder of ReLi Med Solutions, brings more than 20 years’ experience in the healthcare arena.  Before co-founding ReLi Med Solutions, Renu was a founding partner and Clinical Lead for CareAnyware, a web-based solutions provider in home health and hospice.   Renu’s drive to improve the healthcare industry for both clinicians and patients through technology inspired her to develop ReLi Med.  She knew that digitizing would vastly improve quality of care for patients while optimizing reimbursement.

One of Renu’s goals was to create a fully integrated platform with intuitive workflows.  The workflow begins before the patient enters the office and ends with follow up care and fully realized reimbursement.  With soaring healthcare cost and lower expected payments, it is crucial to validate billing accuracy.  Providers with well-coordinated revenue cycle activities are best able to focus on providing quality care versus tracking compensation.

Kasula is a graduate of Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan with a Masters degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Lisa Davies

COO and Co-Founder

As COO and Co-Founder of ReLi Med, Lisa Davies brings 20 years healthcare Information Technology, and an expansive background in automated medical systems.  Years ago when given the opportunity to transition to a new exciting industry, and one known to require automation, Lisa was eager to explore the Electronic Medical Records domain.  One of her objectives has been to deliver a greater level of ReLiability, Simplicity  and Flexibility to healthcare software solutions. ReLi Med’s strategy of providing a quality product, along with unparalleled customer support and true customization, are the reasons they have been successful and are highly regarded by clients.  She credits the steady company growth to referrals from current ReLi Med Solutions’ users.

Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Carolina. She was also a founding partner of CareAnyware. Her early career began with 11 years at Nortel where she worked on regression testing.  She believes every software developer should work in a test environment at some point in their career, especially since developers typically do not have testing skills. “It was invaluable for me as a programmer to be exposed to that aspect to gain perspective, and to benefit from examining the whole picture.”

Lisa leverages her expertise and knowledge to drive ReLi Med’s strategy, and continually improve the quality product and services customers expect.

Clint Hopper

Chief Technology Officer
Before joining ReLi Med Solutions in 2009, Clint was a founding partner at CareAnyware, a web-based solutions provider in home health and hospice. Clint is a graduate of Valdosta State University with a degree in Computer Science and has over 20 years development experience in Healthcare IT.    Clint started his career working with Misys on their Autochart product, an EMR for physician practice. At Glaxo-Smithkline, his interest in technology and interoperability was advanced. He worked with innovative technology used for tracking and cataloging documents and data. The technology facilitated collaboration and access to information globally.

With Information and Communication technology (ICT) advancements in recent years, it is an exciting time to work in this industry.  At ReLi Med, Clint encourages his team to explore new ideas and approaches to customization for client needs. Under Clint’s leadership, there are few barriers between the customer and development team.  This allows ReLi Med the freedom to engage more quickly and work on solutions proactively.

Clint’s focus and goals include pursuing new directions into mobile connectivity and API integration and to ensure ReLi Med Solutions technology and architecture continue to remain both scalable and reliable.
