Quality of Care

ReLi Med EMR is designed to help providers deliver high quality health care to their patients. The system captures and stores information in a granular way that then generates reports for various quality initiatives undertaken by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

Quality Payment Program (QPP/MIPS)

Quality Payment Program introduced by the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015 (MACRA) to improve Medicare by focusing on the quality of care provided to the patients.

Providers will earn a payment adjustment based on evidence-based and practice-specific quality data. Medicare providers are required to show that they provided high quality, efficient care supported by technology by sending in information in the following categories:

Quality Measures (Replaces PQRS) ReLi Med EMR is a certified EHR (CEHRT) technology and provides eCQM reports necessary to submit for the Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS). Providers can easily pull the QRDA Category III reports that are required for submission. These same reports can be used to submit for Quality initiatives under QPP.

Advancing Care Information (Replaces MU)Under QPP, providers can submit the MU reports generated by a certified EHR (CEHRT). Advancing Care Information mainly consists of meaningful use measures and objectives. ReLi Med EMR makes these reports available to its providers which can be run anytime in order for providers to stay on top of these measures and strive for the best performance rates.

Uniform Data System (UDS)

Federally Qualified Health Centers report on their performance using the measures defined in the Uniform Data System (UDS). ReLi Med EMR provides the patient care related UDS reports available at any time for staff to run.
