My staff and I are very pleased with how easy ReLiMed makes everything from scheduling to charting for a Psychiatric Practice. We feel very comfortable using the system due to its simplicity and user-friendliness, yet we are always impressed with how technologically advanced the system is beneath the surface. With ReLiMed EMR, we can enter the 5 axes of diagnosis easily. Goal tracking is really simple too.

Training for the system was phenomenal, and the implementation staff worked with us in incorporating our templates into the system. We have also found that the support team is constantly available if we do have a question; we are always able to reach someone on the phone immediately instead of being put on hold or having to deal with an answering machine. The support staff members are knowledgeable, friendly, and polite, and the always take the time to fix the problem or help us understand what we missed.
