In the fall of 2012, following six plus months of looking at several vendor solutions for EMR/EHR, we chose ReLiMed EMR. We went live in October 2012 and migrated from paper to electronic charts. Help is made available, whatever it takes. There have been times, when either a new feature has been requested or an issue has been reported. The response has always been a very swift and cooperative one. Flaws, however rare, are addressed with a sense of urgency and the new feature(s) incorporated in a timely manner.
